If you can, go online or get a look at the menu beforehand-although if it is your favorite, you already know what is there. Keep sauces on the side. I once learned to dip my fork in the sauce, salad dressing..etc and then pick up the food. It uses way less sauce. Good luck!

I find knowing that I have to weigh in on Monday really helps me on the weekends. And that is a good thing for me because tomorrow my friend is having a big party for her daughter. It is going to very hard. I hope I can just avoid all sugar.
