I am leaving for the Dominican Republic on May 7th and I want to lose at least 5 pounds by then. While I have noticed improvements in my body, I am sick of still feeling fat. I hate that my thighs rub together and that my stomach rolls over my shorts. I feel like I will never lose weight. I have definitely made improvements in my life such as walking to work more and eating healthier but I am still eating out quite a bit. That is my one true weakness as I am very lazy to make food at home. I would rather be stubborn and eat out as opposed to cooking. I am going to try hard as to not eat out anymore because its making my wallet skinny and me fat. Wish me luck!!!
