This is my last week on Les Mill PUMP and I really stuck with the program. My whole body went through a great change. I forgot what it was like to stick to a good workout program. I just don't get that on my own. Les Mills was really fun and I really didn't mind taking the time to work out even though it was 8 or 9pm.

Now I have to tighten up my eating. I'm starting Les Mills COMBAT right after I finish PUMP. It's only a 60 day program instead of 90 days. Hopefully it doesn't get too hot because I think it is very aerobic.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
