up again. very swollen and retaining fluid. diet has been consistent so hopefully when medication increase levels out i can continue on to some weight loss. not giving up hope. motivation gets you started; habit keeps you going.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
