Down another pound and a half we'll see what it does now that I'm back on Prednisone and Antibiotics ugh I swear I'm gonna have to start all over with working out but simply not able to work out right now.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, that weight just falls off you. Frankyly, I don't think prednisone or the antibiotics will stand a chance of disrupting your momentum!

I think as long as you aren't on prednisone long term you she be okay. Great job on the loss.
