Considering i only put on 5lbs while on holiday i'm chuffed that i've already shifted 2lbs and should be back on track in no time. Have got straight back to counting my calories and i'm glad to be eating healthy again.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
