Have not been having success lately. I am tired, not feeling well, and end up eating when not hungry. I feel like I have lost hope for succeeding. I get off to a good start, lose a bit, then slack off and put most of it back on. Because I have been like this historically, I can almost get defeated before I even start. For me, weight loss is a psychological, spiritual battle as well as a physical one.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there. I might be able to help a little. What eating plan are you trying to do? Your diet doesn't look too bad if you are entering everything you eat. I do see some things that might be throwing you off but first let me know if you have chosen how you are going to lose the weight and what you are tring to do daily besides just count calories:-) You can send me a private message if you like!!!
