I've gained about 5 lbs of muscle. I work out nearly 7 days a week (most often just 5 days a week), for at least 1.5 hours (weights and cardio).

I hope to lose about 10 to 15 lbs. By then, I'll be ripped.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
