Not a good weekend at all. Caught a cold and have had no desire to excercise. Last day was Richard Simmonds Sweating to the Oldies with the girls from work. Sounds funny...I know but the man can work your butt off I'm telling you. Up 1.7 this morning, probably because I wasn't real good at writing down all my food. I picked alot at low carb baked goods that eventually can add up.

Goal this week: To log EVERYTHING I eat and to add 5 net carbs to my diet along with 4 days of workouts.

Something has to fight this cold off.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
