Up a bit. I've been retaining fluid and my weight shot up. It turns out that I've had shingles, which has been the cause of my water retention. Treating the shingles has led to fluid loss and my weight is coming back down.
173.4 lb Lost so far: 163.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh so sorry to hear you had shingles..that is very painful..I had 2 sisters that had that and they were in a lot of pain from it..HOpe your on the mend buddy...:O)
