960 kcal Fat: 26.25g | Prot: 35.94g | Carb: 112.64g.   Breakfast: fiber one 80 calorie chocolate cereal, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, great value mixed fruit cup no added sugar, oikos nonfat plain yogurt. Dinner: sweet leaf diet citrus green tea, coffee, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), roasted chicken thigh, lower sodium vegetable soup. Snacks/Other: Peppermint Pattie, weight watchers string cheese, merlot wine, almonds. more...
