OK I am really slowing down here even though I've increased my activity.

*sigh*
259.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 84.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

once i got around 30 lbs lost i went thru the same thing (actually going thru it now).. and i noticed it happens once i lose a chunk of weight... u might need to let ur body reset and get used to ur current weight for bit..

I have the same thing going on right now. I have lost almost 65 pounds at a nice steady rate (1-2 pounds a week), and now have been stalled for exactly 1 month today. I am going back to a strict induction to see if that weill get me jump started, plus I checked over what I have changed and there were some tweaks that I added, that may have actually had the opposite effect. I should know in a few days. Hang in there, the loss will pcik up again. You are doing super!
