Today: pushup day on the "Push yourself" Challenge
Regular pushups: one set of 26; 1 set of 20
Declines on a chair: 15
Declines on the kitchen counter: 15
Partial supported handstand pushups: 3
Diamond pushups: 4
Remaining pushups regular set to reach 100: 17
That was hard.

Later: My God, I'm HUNGRY!
148.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
