I am SO tired of this up and down by a pound! Clearly I have to do something differently... how do you handle plateaus?

I got stuck on one a few years ago when I was in the 160's. I got furstrated with it so I quit going to the gym. You can see where I am now. I wouldn't advise doing what I did.
If you're doing the flex plan and staying mostly within your daily points, I'd try earning more activity points. Or increase the intensity level of the activities that you're already doing. Or try different activities altogether.

You have to change up what you are doing. If you don't exercise, start. If you do exercise, up the intensity(as stated above) or duration (or change up what you are doing). Don't eat the same foods all the time. Up your protein. Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones. Use some flex and have high and low point days (it can help jump start metabolism). Just don't give up.

Yes, I really think its time to kick the exercise up for a while. That's certainly my plan for this week, so we'll see if it makes a dent! More protein is another really good idea, I'm not very good at it.
