eating somewhere around 2000 +/- cal/day. also staying away from most of the less healthy foods. not enough protein or exercise. faking it, not really sticking to an intense regimen, just getting by.
269.4 lb Lost so far: 65.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
