I seem to have lost my focus, which seems to be a pattern for me. So I gained a bit and am now having to work it off...again! If I figure out why I do this to myself, perhaps I can conquer it.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

so sorry you lost focus, but you didn't lose it too much!!! Only 2 pound gain! That is awesome, and your back, time to focus, you can conquer it!! I often lose it, it took a lot of looking back to figure out why...eating too little, too much carbs, not enough protien, being alone, being with people ,,,, haha, the list goes on, it is so hard to figure out why, but maybe figure out when it does happen, try to have a coping OUT to break the cycle?? !! I wish I had it figured out too.
