Trying eating at maintainence for a couple days to see if hunger gets better. It seems like it is helping. It seems like it takes my body a day or two to recognize that it is not starving when going from low to higher calorie intake. This leads me to a new strategy I am going to try. I will go low until hunger begins to get bad. Then, I will increase calories to but not drastically above maintenance for a few days untill my hunger settles down.
