Good Morning FSers!

No loss and no gain!! Once again... Well, I know that I need to drink more water for starters. I also think aunt Flo is coming to town soon too. I would just love to see a loss!!

I will be trying to stop eating before I am full and be more concious of this. I got some more safe foods yesterday at the store. I need to think ahead on some meal planning too.

Well, I have to work today and I woke up with a neck ache. I will be doing my exercise this evening.

152.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No loss, is much better than a gain, good for you! Be careful with your neck at work today. Be conscious of the eating is so very helpful! Rock it up!

Keep going. You will see a loss. I am a really fast eater, and that causes me to overeat a lot. It helps when my husband tells me to slow down and have a drink of water. Or he asks me about my day while I'm eating. That always slows me down. Next thing I know I'm feeling full, and there's food left on my plate. BTW, becareful with your neck tonight. I hope it feels better tomorrow.
