2nd workout with the trainer this am. My arms are so sore, I can't type! Plus, dance last night was awesome. Rumba group class with James was awesome, learned some new steps that are easy, but look like something. Then the dance party, there were not that many people there, so I got to Tango, East Coast Swing, Salsa, Hustle, Waltz, Rumba, etc. So much fun!
172.8 lb Lost so far: 69.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
