i should of lost today, i dont understand not one bit..
164.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No one loses every day (unless they have a lot to lose and it's beginning of diet). A pound a week or less is pretty normal when you only have 20 or less pounds to lose. Are you tracking all your food? Bites, licks and tastes add up. Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium and keeps things moving. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH. All calories are not made equal. Are you eating too many processed foods? They contain tons of sodium and can inhibit weight loss is some people. Are you being active? Activity helps burn calories, lose fat and get healthy. Just some things to think about. Consistency is key. Stick with it and it will come off. Maybe not as quick as you think it should, but it will come off.
