Took the dog on a longer walk this morning because it was cooler and breezier. Finally! Had stewed apples and raisins in oatmeal sprinkled with granola and cinnamon for breakfast this morning. Tasted very autumny.

I still can't get over how good I feel these days. I need more sleep, but other than that, wonderful. Now to get some freelance work done.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yummy oatmeal! I love the fall it is my favorite time of year! I have been on a oatmeal jag.. my fave is oatmeal with dried fruit and cinnamon. I eat it nearly every day.
