So I have been off the radar for a bit not recording what I ate and not eating as healthy either, however I still did not eat too badly and I stated working out 3-5 days per week for the last 2 weeks. I almost let myself go when I went on the sale and saw that I was 5 lbs lighter! My willpower has now been restored, so I am back again!
