Retaining water today, I can feel it in my fingers and feet. I am planning to weigh in again tomorrow to get my "true" weight.

***Note to self*** When husband wants pizza for dinner the night before weigh in day, tell him "tomorrow dear."
146.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
