LOL - the chia seeds immediately tried to grab the credit but I'm ruling in favor of the prayer on the heels of the 'identity theft stress diet' plus the 'brickmason brawling workout' and ... oh yeah.. eating healthy :-)
195.0 lb Lost so far: 90.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone. I don't know that I'd reco the ITSD for production as possible side effects noticed have included intermittent sleep interruption, acid indigestion, ranting spouse, paranoia running rampant and mind numbing test patterns running in the brain from all the hold music and automated answering systems. I think as of this weigh in I'm moving to monthly ~ it's slowing down too much to even check on weekly. I'll probably add a fake weigh in just to turn off the red notice. Thanks again.
