I'm still experiencing a noticable amout of water retention ... evidenced by my bigger than normal wrists and the zero weight loss.
I'm drinking my normal amount of water (approx 75oz) and I think my sodium intake is under control. But I don't know for sure. I did a search on-line and found that the Mayo Clinic suggests average intake ranges from 1500mg to 2400mg per day.
I think I'm going to track this for a while (along with everything else) to determine exactly what I am consuming. I may be suprised by what I find.

6:38pm - I've consumed a extra large amount of water today and I think that has helped some. We'll see what happens tomorrow morning.

Gosh, yes... sodium is in everything from our milk to canned and frozen foods. Adding it up can be quite astonishing! Good for you on looking out for it and watching the water, too. Keep on truckin'... you're chart is looking GREAT!!
