opened my blinds this morning to a snow storm. very grateful for my mini lily of the valley garden. still not feeling right bright. pleased with myself that yesterday i stuck to the program. i can feel my arms from boxing and legs from yoga ~ it's a good thing.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
