15lbs in first week, feeling good, energy is high.
First few days was a struggle. Learning my tastes and coach says that I can spread things more through the day as long as I stick to the servings overall. Going to make a veggie tray for each day, rather than a massive lunch salad. Also going to make a veggie soup!
