I am on day 30 of my juice fast & I still feel great. I have lost a total of 30 pounds as of this morning. My blood pressure is still going down. I have so much energy. I now get up at 4am every morning & workout for 48 min. Then in the evening I do 40min to an hour of weightlifting 3 days a week or I do an hour water interval resistance training class. I try to sneak in an additional 20 min. of cardio on the bike or the treadmill. I have went from a super tight 24 pants to now a lose 22 pants size in a month. Well tomorrow I will have completed 30 days. Today is the 30th day. Next Monday I will eat my first piece of food in 36 days. I can't believe how far I have come in 30 short days.
