My 20 year high school reunion was this weekend. that was fun...it was great to see everyone. Weight played a lesser role in the evening than I thought it would. I was comfortale and happy with the way I lloked. Sure, I would have liked to be 20 pounds lighter, but I am only a few pounds heavier than I was in High School. So...no biggie!

Yeah for 2 more pounds lost. Today I haven't been so good, but I am just taking a one day break. I need to just not worry about it so much for a day.

I WILL do my best to journal though!!

159.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
