Another weekend to work my way through. Have to go to a baby shower today - that means cake. I'm going to bring my lunch (it is close family, so they will give me trouble, but it is okay) and try to stay away from the cake. It will be one of my last strawberry poppyseed salads from Panera for the year, so that's what I am going to get!

Did Jillian's 30 day shread this morning level 1 and 2 back to back. Needless to say, my hair is soaked with sweat. Feel great though! I need to keep up my attitude and not settle back into old thinking like, "okay, good, now I can splurge", and give back my losses over the last two weeks.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
