Still at 260...This is rediculous! HELP!!!!!
I am losing hope and considering leaving Atkins and going back to Calorie Count. Why should or shouldn't I????
260.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 100.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

but look at what you've already lost - almost 17lbs. That's great. Looking at your breakfast entry, the one thing that seems to be missing is fibre. Comparing this to the cereal I had this morning, it has 1.5g of fat and 6g of fibre. I don't know enough about Atkins to say whether or not you should switch. It is hard though sometimes, but don't give up.

Your doing great! Just keep up the awesome work and the weight will start slipping off more. :) Just take it one day at a time.
