1569 kcal Fat: 42.11g | Prot: 62.01g | Carb: 247.21g.   Breakfast: fat free miracle whip, avacado, tomato, light lemonade, bagel thin. Lunch: light vanilla soymilk, clif bar chocolate brownie, strawberry awake. Dinner: yukon potato, asparagus, light lemonade, blue bonnet light spread, Eggplant Veggie Casserole. Snacks/Other: Crunch 'n Munch buttery toffee with peanuts, silk light soymilk, oreos, dreyer's mint chocolate. more...
