Well I think I over ate yesterday and didn't have enough veggies so am up 3 lbs this morning hmmmm we'll see what tomorrow brings I had a big salad and a protein shake for lunch.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
