Today is a GOOD DAY! I'm WAY DOWN on the scale! YAAAAY!

Hard work and effort DOES pay off!!!

This next week is going to be a good one, too! I can just FEEL it!
152.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
