worked out hard with trainer, arms felt like they were going to drop off, didn't sleep well as there wasn't much that didn't hurt but did lose a pound. Just in time for the weekend and St Patty's Day as well, if only I could just keep my head about this.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
