For the past week, every day has started off very well, good exercise sessions in the morning, yogurt with nuts and fruit, healthy mid-morning snack, but then by lunch into dinner all hell breaks loose, eating chips and fast food, fried food, yesterday I had Jimmy Johns for lunch then Moby Dick for dinner, plus chips & snacks inbetween. A LOT of it is emotional eating and I'm allowing it, because I don't know how to deal with the stress from Nathan sneaking out and cutting school, plus hating my job.
The great news is that I haven't gained any weight. I don't believe that I lost 1/2 pound, I was prepared for (and deserved) a 2 pound gain. I suppose that's the beauty of exercising (running, biking, aerobics). Good to know.
I was 205 in January when I started the Digest Diet, so I've lost 16-17 pounds in 2 months. Not bad! I know the right thing to do would be to maintain 189 for a few weeks before trying to lose another 5-10, but I just hate my naked reflection in the mirror, I really want to get down 5 more (184) then maintain that for a while, then lose another 10 before the end of May (when pool opens).
188.8 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
