I've been at this weight for 2 days now. I think I want to be a bit more aggressive, but I know that slow and steady wins the race. I don't want to mess up my metabolism, and I'd rather be permanently at my goal weight this time next year, than 20 lbs heavier this time next year. Based on past experience, I think I'll take my time.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
