Good News: My boyfriend surprised me with a Labor Day weekend to the beach. Bad News: It was TOM. Good News: I actually stayed on program really well. Bad News: Stil, I gained four pounds. Ah, life, you just CRACK me up.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 September 2010:

Don't give up. You might find after your TOM that your weight gain might diminish. I too am trying to follow Atkins. I have found that I do better eating natural food instead of processed. I too like the others have found if I need something crunchy like chips the pork rinds do help out, but in moderation. Good Luck the rest of the week and let me know how you are doing.

I had the same problem (nice 4 day weekend -- NO kids). But my wieght gain is actually a couple of days or so before TOM. But the scale is going back down again now. Just sucks though!!

You are doing just fine, Kate! We just have to take the bad with the good, and hope the good outweighs the bad! :) Sound slike your BF is a real sweetheart. Hope you had a great time!

your doing well,its your TOM thats causing yr increase, nothing else, Stay focus and enjoy break with yr lovely considerite BF
