I don't know how much I trust this weigh in. That is what the scale says, but after going away to NY last weekend for an all weekend long birthday celebration for my Dad (turned 70), being sick myself earlier this week, tending to a sick child the latter part of the week and continuing, I know that I have eaten poorly. My diet has consisted of chips, french fries, pizza, chocolate, etc. Anyway, I am getting back on the band wagon and just hope to make it through my birthday (this Friday) without to much straying. I am going to check out the recipes now, to get things planned ahead of time to help avoid temptation. Wish me luck!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good luck, that sure doesn't sound like the diet of champions, even though I am sure it tasted good AT THE TIME. Sometimes I wish there was an undo button to life!
