21 Days Ago

74.38 Kg (164Lbs) and 15.8% Fat.

Today

75.8 Kg (167.2Lbs) and 16.1% Fat.

Really surprised I haven't gained more, actually.

I was on Vacation for almost a week, eating junk, drinking alot and haven't been exercising for the past 21 days! (apart from 2 jogging sessions and some yoga)

Oh well, now I'm back and I'm gonna start playing some Tennis again.
167.1 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
