Eventhough I finally lost some weight I'm still really stuggling with my food. Bad with selection going out for dinner, and really didn't even try yesterday for the Labour Day Classic. I kind of hang in there during work and the day. But still really have to watch at night. I'm also off Tues/Wed. I'm really going to try to do better & go to the gym at night. Need to do some housework during the day. That's this weeks's plan.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Always good to have a plan my friend! how was the labour day classic. i think i had a bottle of wine to myself! the main thing is that we enjoyed our cheats and are back on track during the week. The hardest part about the gym is getting there, and once you do you feel terrific! do you go to world health club? Have a great wednesday!
