Well, this isn't good! 5 weeks to the big day and I've got to stay as close to 140 as I possibly can!

I'm thinking about what I can do for the next 5 weeks to make this successful.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Don't put anything in your mouth that is more than 5 grams of fat or sugar per serving. Get plenty of protein (at least 60 grams per day)
