starting today. Need to lose weight for medical purposes. Quicker I lose at least 50 lbs the better. OK day 2. Realized that I am having too many carbs. If I use less then that should take wweight off quicker, right? gonna try it for a few days and see. Day 3 finding low carbs of less that 50 a day is hard! got to try though. Need to move this weight and specially off my waistline. Dangerously high. Would like to be 170by the end of the month. Will see :) Exersized for only 15 minutes today because I got to work.
