This .5 weight gain does not surprise me. It seems like I am in a cycle of lose a pound gain a half, lose a pound, gain a half. That I am so hungry these days. Well just keep plugging along and I'll get there!
167.4 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing so well I hesitate to offer any advice. Running a 5K is pretty awesome...but you're eating a lot of sugary things and I've found that sugary things make me more hungry, not saying it has the same effects on everyone. Being a preschool teacher I'm sure you've seen the effects of sugar on little kids!

I have noticed that I have been eating way more carbs lately and not neccessarily the good ones. =( Gotta work on that.
