this wt gain gotta stop. i cant take it anymore. im getting depressed. i gotta figure this all out big time.. dont know why this is happening to me again.. im so sad..
163.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
