Had a great weekend of exercise, took two long bike rides totaling 103 miles. Moderate weather made it relatively easy. I thought I ate fairly well both days but something, maybe too salty piece of Kentucky Fried Chicken they fed us after Saturday ride (I pulled off all the breading) made my weight climb by 1.5 lbs. Today I'm back on track. I plan to eat healthy with lots of fruits and veggies.
