Haven't done much in the way of diet or exercise ... starting up again tomorrow.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey Buddy - been keeping an eye out for you :) I haven't really either. I've been thinking about what I've been eating, but haven't written anything down recently. And I lost my card to get into my workout center at my apt, so that was on hiatus until I found it. But it feels good to get them back under my belt. It's awesome how much better I feel when I am working out. I think I forget this when I've convinced myself I'm too stressed out to get in some gym time. Glad you're back!

Mmm... I was thinking of you, wondering if you were still on track. Ok, I am on the same boat, hoping each morning will be the day I get back on track like I used to be... and it did happen yet! We can do this, we are worth the effort.

thank you both for your kind words of encouragement. pretty sad really, i had to buy bigger pants today ... 32's ... the 30's and 31's i was in last year squeeze the life out of me. motivation. you guys are great. thanks ... now let's get back to it and shed some weight!
