well back here again at 75kg! lets see how long that takes to change! supposed to be doing circuit training with a friend tonight but shes feeling unwell so if not then it will be gym for sure. need to get my new program sorted out and get the flab gone x Dress for my birthday in April has arrived today size 10!!!! motivation to fit into it by april im hoping otherwise ill have to explain to the other half why a vary expensive dress is collecting dust in the wardrobe!! x
