I'm getting an iPod!!!!! GOAL #1 REACHED!!

Seriously, I have no idea how this happened so quick. All I can think is that I was holding onto a lot of water the last two weeks that went bye-bye. Wow.

My ticker should be turning orange soon within another 2 lbs or so. That's probably the next major thing I'm looking forward to. Don't get me wrong, the iPod and the 25lbs are awesome but man that orange ticker is going to be so freaking cool.

Heading to a winefest today but I will stop and buy myself an iPod on the way home. :)
246.7 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 81.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey! now you can download the fatsecret app. I have a Mytouch and the calorie counter app is loaded. It's really helpful. I get a lot of new phones because I work for T-Mobile.

I already have the app on my phone (I have a droid). I probably wouldn't have gotten this far along if I DIDN'T have the app. :)

Congrats Sue ... knew it would happen soon ... scales are funny things ... useful indeed but certainly not always a good measurement of consistent weight loss. Your body just has its own way of holding on and letting go ... you'll get used to it ... maybe!! LOL!!! Enjoy your ipod!!

Thanks! I know that I didn't actually drop over 5 lbs in two days but it's so great to actually see a number that makes sense.

Each mini-goal is so exciting!!!While it is true that you didn't drop 5 lbs. in two days you also did not gain 2 lbs overnight!!! I hope you had an enjoyable day.

I was seriously freaking when the scale wasn't moving over the last two weeks. I thought I was misjudging calories or not exercising enough or whatever. It was totally water though because I seriously started peeing like a racehorse the last few days and zoom, down goes the scale.
