some good days some not so good. trying to keep within calorie budget, and adhear to the lifestyle changes I'm attempting to make permanent. also trying to not beat myself up when I slip. not getting the exercise that I really require in order to elicit weight loss.
271.2 lb Lost so far: 63.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
